If you have not yet heard, we are anxiously working towards our 10 year reunion, scheduled for Oct. 22-24, 1999. We have chosen Beach Cove Resort of 4800 S. Ocean Blvd., North Myrtle Beach, S.C, as the host site. In preparing for our gathering, we kept in mind three things: comfort, relaxation, and pleasure. We feel sure you will agree that our choice will ensure all three.
HOTEL INFO:
The room rate is $50 for a 1-bedroom executive suite, per night (be sure to add 9 1/2% S.C. tax). The rate is based on single or double occupancy. Reservations should be made immediately for rooms blocked for this group. This block group rate is good until Oct. 3, 1999. Beach Cove Resort requires a deposit of one night’s rate plus 9 1/2% tax per suite to confirm reservations. You may make your reservation by calling toll-free 1-800-331-6533 or 1-843-918-9000.
If you must cancel your reservation, individual cancellations are refunded with a 14 day notice less $20 administration charge per reservation. All reservation deposits will be forfeited if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival days or less prior to arrival date. No-show on the date of arrival will be charged for the first night’s accommodations.
You must identify the following three items in order to qualify for this special room rate:
1. GROUP NAME: North Myrtle Beach High Class of ‘89
2. GROUP DATES: Oct. 22-24, 1999
3. RATE: $54.75 for a 1-bedroom executive suite (inclusive of 9 1/2% S.C. tax.)
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
Regarding credit/billing terms, full payment is due on the day of arrival unless notified otherwise. Individuals may present credit cards for in-house privileges (these charges must be settled prior to departure).
REUNION FEES:
$60 per person; includes admittance to Saturday’s picnic (kids welcome at no charge), reception, and dinner, and to Sunday’s breakfast (kids welcome for a small fee).
